Minerva began in Cambridge, Massachusetts, as a team with a simple belief: most companies are sitting on customer lists in their CRM they never fully monetize. Over nearly a decade, we ran first-party email campaigns at scale and tested every part of it, from deliverability and targeting to creative and timing. Every send and customer interaction taught us something, and together they grew into a proprietary decision-making log of over 10 billion events.

Today, that experience powers Minerva's AI-enabled revenue infrastructure. Companies connect their first-party data through a single API, and we take it from there. Our systems clean and segment the list and model every contact against more than 200 behavioral and demographic signals. Our email experts and machine learning models then work together on deliverability, targeting, creative and send timing. The models keep learning from every campaign, and our team uses those results to keep improving performance. We don't charge retainers, and we never sell or share our partners' data.
